Friday November 1st, 2019 – Night of Event Details

Due to high guest occupancy on the evening of our event, Common Ground attendees will be parking at the GOLF CLUB and will be shuttled to the adjacent resort. This will add approximately 10 minutes to your travel time, so please plan accordingly.

Shuttle service to be provided from 5 pm to 11 pm

Our reception is taking place on the terrace, the weather will be temperate, with a high of 79 and a low of 51. Please bring a jacket if you tend to get chilly!

Schedule of events for the evening:

5:30pm-6:00pm: Registration and Cocktails

5:30pm-7:00pm: Hors d’oeuvres, Entertainment (Casino + Raffle), Relationship Building

7:15pm-8:00pm: Welcome and Dinner

8:00pm-9:00pm: Awards Ceremony
