Growth through Collaboration & Innovation
MPA works to create a prosperous community by promoting collaborative real estate development policies, building partnerships and finding common ground.
MPA’s advocacy efforts have led to millions of dollars in savings for the land use industry. We facilitate dialogue between the public and private sector to find common ground on important issues related to fees, policies and regulation.
MPA hosts monthly policy meetings, monthly breakfasts, quarterly workshops and partners with complementary organizations to provide continuing education credit opportunities to our members. Members also receive monthly updates on market trends and advocacy issues.
MPA believes once connections are established, mutual trust develops and business deals are made. Our events are designed to connect members and non-members alike. Events range in size (up to 400 attendees) and include a diverse mix of business and community leaders.
MPA spearheaded temporary sign code relief in all jurisdictions in Pima County. Read about the relief being provided to businesses HERE
In partnership with the Tucson Chamber and other community partners, MPA is happy to provide you with a resource page, specifically for Southern Arizona businesses.
MPA is still hosting meetings, we’ve just gone virtual! Check out our calendar of events for more information
