Growth through Collaboration & Innovation
MPA works to create a prosperous community by promoting collaborative real estate development policies, building partnerships and finding common ground.
ADVOCACY
MPA’s advocacy efforts have led to millions of dollars in savings for the land use industry. We facilitate dialogue between the public and private sector to find common ground on important issues related to fees, policies and regulation.
EDUCATION
MPA hosts monthly policy meetings, monthly breakfasts, quarterly workshops and partners with complementary organizations to provide continuing education credit opportunities to our members. Members also receive monthly updates on market trends and advocacy issues.
RELATIONSHIPS
MPA believes once connections are established, mutual trust develops and business deals are made. Our events are designed to connect members and non-members alike. Events range in size (up to 400 attendees) and include a diverse mix of elected officials, business and community leaders.
