Growth through Collaboration & Innovation
MPA works to create a prosperous community by promoting collaborative real estate development policies, building partnerships and finding common ground.
FACILITATE DIALOGUE
We facilitate dialogue between the public and private sector to find common ground on important issues related to fees, policies and regulation.
EDUCATION
MPA hosts monthly policy meetings, quarterly educational events, quarterly workshops and partners with complementary organizations to provide continuing education credit opportunities to our members. Members also receive monthly updates on market trends and policy issues.
RELATIONSHIPS
MPA believes once connections are established, mutual trust develops and business deals are made. Our events are designed to connect members and non-members alike. Events range in size (up to 400 attendees) and include a diverse mix of elected officials, business and community leaders.
2025 Common Ground Awards
Come celebrate our 20th Annual Common Ground Awards Ceremony with us on April 18th. We will honor community leaders, projects, and companies that have made significant contributions toward bridging divides and finding solutions to complex challenges in creative ways. Since the first ceremony in 2003, over 400 projects have been honored for their contributions towards achieving MPA’s mission of creating a prosperous community.

The MPA leadership does an outstanding job of identifying, researching and bringing complex issues to the community’s attention. By addressing issues in a collaborative manner, MPA helps bring diverse interests together for thoughtful consideration and productive outcomes.
