Join MPA Members for an informative and interactive presentation by Micahel Racy, of Racy Associates. Mr. Racy will dive into the politics at play as we head into the 2025 legislative session, providing valuable insight and predictions of state and federal policies impacting the land use and development industry in Arizona, focusing on Pima County.

A little more about Mr. Racy:

Michael Racy heads the lobbying and government relations firm of Racy Associates, Inc., a Tucson based public policy and government relations firm representing private and public clients before all levels of government. Mr. Racy has over 30 years’ experience in the government relations field and represents a broad range of southern Arizona based businesses and public entities as well as numerous state and national corporations and associations. In front of the Arizona State Legislature, Mr. Racy and his firm has been the primary lobbyist on a diverse range of issues including redistribution of sales and gas tax, transportation, business taxation, aviation, budget and many many others.

Additionally, the firm maintains a significant practice in real estate development and represents a number of master planned communities and commercial developments and developers in southern and central Arizona. Our representation includes full consultation through the entitlement process, Specific Plan creation, Development Agreement and Community Facility District negotiations.
