Attendees will be provided an update on the public policy items MPA and it’s members are currently working on, as well as policy items that are on the horizon.
The focus of April’s meeting will be on the proposed updates to the City of Tucson’s permit valuation tables, as well as the proposed increases to the permit fees, as requested by the City’s Mayor and Council.
The valuation increase is an administrative process and does not require Mayor and Council approval. The proposed increase to the permit fees will be presented to Mayor and Council in June, at the noticed public hearing.
