This months topic will provide a look into the growing new industry in Southern Arizona, recreational use marijuana. Earlier this year, the City of Tucson amended their land use code as it relates to the allowance of the growing, manufacturing and distribution of marijuana within City limits. The County is underway with a revision to their code as well, building in more flexibility to account for the legalization that took place state wide.
