This new event was created for those who want it all; cocktails, connections and a little conversation! Each CCC starts with some cocktails, followed by a casual, informative 30-45 minute conversation with an industry expert and wraps up with an opportunity to make some new connections. Each ticket includes appetizers as well as a drink.

Join us on March 20th to hear a mid-session legislative update from Lobbyist Michael Racy, President of Racy and Associates. A brief Bio is below:

Michael Racy heads the lobbying and government relations firm of Racy Associates, Inc., a Tucson based public policy and government relations firm representing private and public clients before all levels of government. Mr. Racy has over 30 years’ experience in the government relations field and represents a broad range of southern Arizona based businesses and public entities as well as numerous state and national corporations and associations. In front of the Arizona State Legislature, Mr. Racy and his firm has been the primary lobbyist on a diverse range of issues including redistribution of sales and gas tax, transportation, business taxation, aviation, budget and many many others.

Additionally, the firm maintains a significant practice in real estate development and represents a number of master planned communities and commercial developments and developers in southern and central Arizona. Our representation includes full consultation through the entitlement process, Specific Plan creation, Development Agreement and Community Facility District negotiations.
