We are seeking applications from projects or initiatives that overcame great obstacles through collaborating and finding common ground amongst groups and individuals that typically do not work well together.
Collaboration is key to everything MPA believes in. Behind each project is a solid and dependable partnership(s) that seeks to deliver a successful project, initiative or event for the overall benefit of the region’s economy and community.
Whether it is land development or economic development, MPA’s Common Ground Award recognizes community leaders, projects, programs, and events that have made significant contributions toward bridging divides and finding solutions to complex problems in creative ways.
Winners and finalists will be honored at our May 8th Common Ground Awards Celebration, our annual awards banquet, attended by hundreds of industry professionals, community leaders and local elected officials. Winners will not be announced in advance, adding to the excitement of the event.
We will ensure your application is recieved and reviewed by our Common Ground Committee and will be in touch as we move through the proccess of selecting this year’s winners.
