EV readiness ordinance in the City of Tucson: Multifamily and Commercial
Join MPA and other engaged members to learn more about public policy and process issues facing the development community in Southern Arizona. Our Policy Committee meets monthly and features a new topic of discussion along with exploring ongoing issues.
This month Koren Manning with the City of Tucson’s PDSD will be presenting several ongoing and upcoming policy items. She will review the draft of the proposed EV readiness ordinance that will be impacting multi housing and commercial developments. MPA has been a member of the stakeholder group that assisted staff in crafting this policy.
