Committee members also help extend MPA’s reach by connecting with non-members who attend our events\, inviting them to participate and join our organization. DESCRIPTION:Calling all immersion program alumni\, join us for our 1st deep dive day! \nOur deep dive days are carefully curated to provide participants with a complete understanding of the topic being taught. These deep dive days offer alumni the opportunity to take a deeper dive on a development related topic covered during their immersion program. \nAll about infill will provide participants with an understanding of both the policies that allow and guide infill as well as the financial and operational components to successfully executing infill projects in Southern Arizona. \nAt this session\, we will be hearing from both public sector and private sector leaders\, providing a balanced and encompassing view on infill\, its role in the development of communities and the unique challenges that are presented with such types of projects. Participants will hear presentations that educate on both residential and non-residential infill\, covering adaptive re-use as well as re-development of underdeveloped  and undeveloped sites. \n  \nSchedule \n8:00-8:30 coffee\, breakfast & introductions \n8:30-11:30 presentations \n11:30-12:00 lunch \n12:00-3:00 presentations \n3:00-4:30 hosted happy hour \n  \nDeep Dive Day Host \n
