All pre-purchased tickets will be refunded.  \nSeptember’s Breakfast meeting will be a panel style presentation focusing on the emerging recreational cannabis industry and some of the positive impact it has had\, specifically on the land use and development industry\, such as the redevelopment of under-utilized properties. Specifically\, we will look at the repurposing of warehouses for growing facilities and the placement of dispensaries within infill areas and neighborhoods.The emphasis will be on policies that guide or limit this property use\, development financing\, and potential economic impacts the Cannabis Industry brings to a community.
