As the Vice President of Community Development for the Rancho Sahuarita Company, Jeremy Sharpe is committed to working with stakeholders to ensure positive collaborative efforts to create a sustainable built environment that enriches the community. Sharpe is responsible for community and resident relations, business operations, and guides the company’s marketing efforts. He also dedicates his time serving the Tucson Community as Chair of the Downtown Tucson Advisory Group, Vice Chair on the Board of Trustees for The Gregory School and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Carondelet Health Network Foundation. In addition, Sharpe is an Honorary Commander with the 355th Medical Operations Squadron at Davis Monthan Air Force Base. Sharpe received his Bachelors in Geography and Regional Development and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. As a part of the Urban Land Institute, Sharpe serves on the National Programming Committee; Co-Chair, Communications of ULI NEXT Leadership Initiative, and serves on Leadership for Community Development Council – Green. Most recently, he Co-Chaired the Shaw Forum, and is the Project Lead on a yearlong project studying Intergenerationalism and its impact on Community Development. He serves on ULI Southern Arizona Leadership and speaks frequently at ULI national meetings.
